Still moving in, and busy as ever, so chances are this won't be updated for a while. But here's some info from the last time I checked. It's been a while, so things probably have changed a little.
To film the first of the Star Wars Prequals, LUCASFILM had rented the biggest studio in the world, located in England. The reason they're using that studio, is because of the space required they couldn't film the movie at any place smaller.
